If you have a question about a product that you purchased from us, then you need to write to us using the instructions so that we can see your purchased product and be able to help with the problem.

  1. Go to "purchases".

  2. Enter your email through which you made the payment

  3. Go to the your mail. You will receive a confirmation email from oplata.info, follow the link that was given to you.

  4. In the tab that opens, find the name of the product you paid for with us and open it.

  5. Below in the “correspondence” section, describe your problem to us. A response will be given within 24 hours (usually within an hour). A notification of the response will be sent to your email.
